โรงเรียนแห่งนี้เป็นความตั้งใจของมูลนิธิช่วยไร้พรมแดน ที่ต้องการสร้างพื้นที่แห่งการอยู่ร่วมกันของความหลากหลาย ซึ่งคือ “โรงเรียน” สำหรับลูกหลานแรงงานข้ามชาติ และคนท้องถิ่น ที่ด้อยโอกาสในอำเภอแม่สอด หนึ่งในชายแดนที่มีความซับซ้อนทางสังคม และความเหลื่อมล้ำทางเศรษฐกิจสูงเอามากๆ

โครงการนี้กำลังจะเริ่มระดมทุน และเราอยากให้มันเกิดขึ้น เราไม่อยากให้เด็กต้องกลายเป็นผู้รับผลกระทบจากความรุนแรงทุกรูปแบบ ทั้งจากรัฐ และความรุนแรงแฝงในชีวิตประจำวัน เด็กเหล่านี้ไม่ควรจะถูกผลักออกจากระบบการศึกษา

โรงเรียนแห่งนี้จึงเป็นไฟความหวังที่เพิ่งเริ่มจุด เราอยากให้มันเกิดขึ้นไม่ว่าจะด้วยการใช้พละกำลังแบบไหนก็ตามเราจะร่วมผลักดันให้สิ่งนี้เกิดให้ได้

โครงการนี้กำลังเพิ่งเริ่ม เราอยากเปิดรับไอเดียแปลกใหม่ หรือผู้คนที่พร้อมจะช่วยตั้งแต่กระบวนการหลังจากการทำแบบเสร็จสิ้น คือการเข้าสู่ขั้นตอนการระดมทุน และการรวบรวมอาสาสมัครทั่วโลกในช่วงการก่อสร้าง

“This school is the vision of the Help Without Frontiers Thailand Foundation established with the purpose of creating a school for the children of migrant workers in Mae Sot District—one of Thailand’s border regions deeply affected by social complexity and significant economic disparity.

This project is about to commence its fundraising efforts, and we are determined to see it come to fruition. We do not want these children to continue being victims of violence in all its forms—whether inflicted by the state or through the latent violence embedded in daily life. These children should not be excluded from the education system.

This school represents a spark of hope that has just been ignited. We want to make it happen, no matter what it takes, and we are committed to pushing forward to bring this vision to life.

As this project is still in its infancy, we are open to innovative ideas and collaboration with individuals ready to contribute. This includes support in the upcoming phases after the design process is finalized, such as fundraising and mobilizing volunteers worldwide during the construction phase.”
