Project นี้มันเป็นการต่อเติมออกมาจากบริเวณบ้านหลังเดิม โดยเจ้าของได้ให้ความต้องการมาเพียงแค่ว่า อยากได้ร้านขายขนมกับกาแฟเล็กๆ โดยไม่ต้องให้มีพื้นที่นั่งทาน เพราะลูกค้าส่วนใหญ่จะสั่งจากทางออนไลน์ แต่อยากให้ร้านเล็กๆนี้ มันแสดงออกถึงความรู้สึกอบอุ่นและดูสบายตา

 

จากโจทย์ที่ได้รับมา สถาปนิกเลยอยากออกแบบพื้นที่และบรรยากาศในลักษณะที่ Compact ที่สุด เนื่องจากพื้นที่ค่อนข้างจำกัด อีกทั้งยังมีต้นไม้เดิมที่อยู่หน้าบ้าน ชื่อว่า “ต้นโชค” ซึ่งเป็นต้นไม้แห่งความโชคดีที่คนพื้นถิ่นภาคเหนือนับถือกัน ซึ่งสถาปนิกจะเก็บต้นไม้นี้ไว้เพื่อให้มันกลมกลืนไปกับตัวอาคารที่สร้างขึ้นใหม่
